What is Hockeyberry Pie?

Some of you might be wondering about Hockeyberry Pie. The summer my son was 2 years old we enjoyed a wonderful crop of huckleberries and all the goodies that go along with them. When asked what was for dessert, he would try to say "Huckleberry Pie with ice-cream", but it always came out as "Hockeyberry Pie with ice-time"!
